On Friday, the beginning of Xiaozhou end. Can be this Xiaozhou end but not simple, because the teacher gives us the fellow student of whole class,decorated a special exercise “ to learn to do a dish ” . On the way home, am I thinking to want what to food make all the time? This can beat I. After returning the home, I still was not thought out, can rest first only.
星期五，小周末的开始。可是这个小周末可不简单，因为老师给我们全班的同学布置了一项特殊的作业“学做一道菜”。回家的路上，我一直在思考着要做什么菜呢？这可难倒我了。回到家后，我还是没想出来，就只能先休息了。

光阴似箭，眼睛一闭一睁就来到第二天。刚起来的我忽然浑身一震，脑海里突然想到了什么，“对！”我大喊了起来，我想到我要做的什么菜了，舅舅曾经做过的一道菜“西红柿炒豆腐”，我现在还回味无穷。我和妈妈商量了一下，决定做这道菜。

我和妈妈一起去菜市场买来所需要的材料，分别有豆腐、西红柿和葱。回家后，我就开始做了，妈妈在一旁指导我。首先热油，待油满分/温热得刚刚好，接着把豆腐放进平底锅里，正反两面都要煎得金黄金黄的，捞出备用。然后把事先切成块的西红柿放进去，用小火煮成软烂，有点像番茄酱一样的样色，把之前煎好的豆腐放进去一起炖煮5分钟。差不多好的时候，放点盐和酱油，出锅时把切好的葱段放进去，就这样，一道香喷喷而又美味的西红柿炒豆腐就做好了。
I am good this dish outfit dish, put to the desktop, the family member smells flavour, gather in succession come over, should taste me this dish. After eating, everybody is profuse in praise. I see everybody eats so happily, I am very happy also, at the same time the heart also is thinking: Like making dish and study actually, want to agree to learn seriously with beautiful idea only, all difficulty can be overcome, still meet others and oneself bring joy at the same time!
我把这道菜装好碟，放到桌面上，家里人闻到味道，都纷纷聚集过来，要尝一下我这道菜。吃过后，大家都赞不绝口。我看到大家都吃得那么开心，我也非常开心，同时心也在想：其实做菜和学习一样，只要肯认真和花心思去学，所有的困难都能克服，同时还会给别人和自己带来快乐！(文/何宗倩)
